Shipping and Delivery Policy – Consumer Rights and Obligations
Firstly:
Delivery Area: CYOP ships products within Saudi Arabia to all cities and regions via approved shipping companies. International shipping is available to GCC countries upon request and at an additional cost calculated at checkout.
Second: Processing and shipping time
- Order processing time: 1 to 3 working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment.
- Delivery time within the Kingdom: 2 to 5 working days after the shipment is prepared.
- Delivery to remote areas: May take an additional 5 to 7 business days.
- International delivery (Gulf countries): 5 to 10 working days.
Working days include Sunday to Thursday, excluding Friday, Saturday and public holidays.
Third: Shipping fees
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically upon order completion based on product weight and geographical location.
- Shipping is free for orders exceeding 299 riyals within the Kingdom.
- Customs duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Fourth: Consumer Rights
- Right to accurate information: The customer has the right to see the delivery time and shipping fees before confirming the order.
- Tracking right: The customer receives the shipment tracking number via text message or email as soon as the order is shipped.
- Right to receive on time: If delivery is delayed beyond the announced period without a justifiable reason, the customer has the right to claim compensation for shipping fees or to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- Right to refuse delivery: The customer has the right to refuse delivery of the shipment in the following cases:
- The outer packaging is clearly damaged.
- The product does not match the order.
- The shipment arrived after the agreed-upon period without justification.
- Right of exchange or return: If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 7 days of the date of receipt, in accordance with the return and exchange policy.
- Privacy Policy: Customer data (address, mobile number) is used only for delivery purposes and is not shared with any third party outside the shipping company.
Fifth: Consumer duties
- Data accuracy: The customer is obligated to provide the store with accurate and complete data, including:
- full name.
- Active mobile number.
- Full national address (neighborhood, street, number, postal code).
- Responding to the shipping representative: The customer must respond to the shipping representative's calls within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the first attempt to contact them.
- Receiving the shipment: The customer is obligated to receive the shipment on the first attempt, or to schedule an alternative appointment within 3 working days from the date of the first attempt.
- Shipment inspection upon receipt: The customer is advised to inspect the shipment in front of the shipping representative before signing for receipt, and if there is visible damage, this should be recorded directly on the receipt document.
- Reporting problems: If there are any issues after receipt, the customer is obligated to inform customer service within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, attaching illustrative photos.
Sixth: Delivery delays
- If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, government procedures, public holidays), the customer will be notified and this will not be considered a breach of the agreement.
- If delivery is delayed due to an error by the store or shipping company , the customer is entitled to claim compensation or cancel the order.
- If delivery is delayed due to an error in customer data or lack of response, the return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Seventh: Returned shipments
If the shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to the store for any of the following reasons:
- Failure to respond to the shipping representative.
- Error in the title.
- Refusal to accept without a legitimate reason.
Shipping fees (round trip) will be deducted from the order value upon refund.
