Replacement and Return Policy

First: General Provisions

CYOP is committed to implementing the provisions of the Electronic Commerce Law and the Consumer Protection Regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• The customer may exchange or return products according to the conditions outlined below, while preserving the company's right to refuse any request that does not meet these conditions.

Second: Return Policy

1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the order receipt date.
2. The item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all packaging and attached tag).
3. The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
   • Products are customized to order or modified based on customer requests.
   • Underwear or accessories for health reasons.
   • Discounted products or those included in special offers, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
4. In the event of a manufacturing defect , the item will be inspected by the store's quality team, and the customer will then have the right to an exchange or a full refund .

Third: Refund procedures

3. After the order has been reviewed and approved, the shipping address for returning the product is sent.
4. The customer bears the shipping cost if the reason is not a manufacturing defect.
5. The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 7 to 14 working days from the date the product is received at the warehouse, using the same payment method used in the original order.

Fourth: Replacement

1. You can request to exchange the product for another of the same category or at a similar price within 7 days of receipt .
2. If the product requested for replacement is unavailable, the customer can choose to receive a refund.
3. The customer bears the price difference, if any, in addition to any additional shipping fees if required.

Fifth: Important Notes

• Please check the size and color before completing the purchase to avoid any delay in the exchange process.
• The company reserves the right to refuse the order if the product does not meet the return conditions.
